Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website to book a housing visit with Syus Real Estate Services BV (BE0650686688), Naamsestraat 12, 3000 Leuven. By booking a visit you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The site lets you request and schedule a visit to a housing location. Submitting a booking is a request; a visit is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. We may reschedule or cancel where necessary (e.g. staff availability) and will notify you.

2. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and booking information.
• Attend at the confirmed date, time and location, or cancel/reschedule in advance.
• Do not misuse the service (e.g. fake or automated bookings, or using another person’s data without permission).

3. Bookings, changes and cancellations

You can manage or cancel your booking using the link in your confirmation email. We may cancel or reschedule a visit and will give you as much notice as reasonably possible.

4. No fees

Unless stated otherwise at the time of booking, using the site to book a visit is free of charge.

5. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, with the courts of Leuven having jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer-protection rights.
